When I log in it gives me the option to add sky sports for £21pm for 12 months but when I click to add it, it says "something went wrong" anyone got any idea?

Is this from your online account My Membership section "Exclusive offers for you" or from the NOW website offers page section? 

You could try using another browser if you are trying to take up the offer on NOW website or try with a smartphone using internet data.

Also if outside the UK or using a VPN will also possibly bring up an error.

Are you currently on a Sports offer or have a Day Sports Pass active or saved on your NOW account or billed through a third party such has BT for example ?

Hi @schnapps, thanks for the reply. Yeah I'm billed through BT as a BT staff member so should get a discounted price on the sports package. It shows as an offer for me when I'm in the nowTV home page then when i click on it it says it can't be found. I've got screenshots of the offer showing. 

I logged out and the offer showed again, added to my basket and then when I logged in to claim it the offer wasn't able to be found again?

Hi @Newbz 

If there was an offer there via your NOW BT TV account, then your best option would be to contact BT if your NOW bolt on package is through BT and also billed through BT.

Didn't realise this £21 per month Sports offer was available to BT billed customers (even BT staff) though I might be wrong on this.

Also try logging out of your NOW account and log back in again before taking up the offer (this worked for somebody else).

Another thing to check is if your bank card details are up to date on your NOW account if you haven't used NOW in a while.
