Sky Sports Pass Not Working

I purchased a sky sports one week to watch the new premier league.

Went entering the voucher it says 'We're having trouble with vouchers right now'.

I have tried entering code in different browsers, tv app, laptops etc. Still same issue.

Rubbish as theres games on today and have wasted money. Sort it out now tv please?

This issue has been reported a few times over the last few days. Best way to get it sorted is via live chat by clicking “chat online” and not “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

Was it a one week sports pass you bought or a day or month pass?

Only reason I am asking is that the NOW week sports pass was discontinued well over a year ago and I would have thought if you managed to source a week sports pass then I would assume the voucher code would have expired (NOW allows a year with a couple months extra grace to use their voucher codes).

If it is a week sports pass was it purchased from a authorised NOW Retailer and not somewhere like Ebay or one of these websites which gives you key codes on the cheap.

If it's a day or month pass you purchased then please ignore this post of mine.
