Hi, I've been watching SSN on Now TV but when I went to put it on on Saturday it told me to buy a pass, I thought it was free with any pass?

You are about the third or fourth person to mention this in the last week or so.

Unfortunately i don't know a fix apart from the things that i suggested in the link above.

Also, try removing the SSN App in your My Apps and re install again from the Apps Store to see if that makes any difference.

If no joy, perhaps try contacting live chat to see if they can help you further.
