Sky Sports Mobile

Hi have a Sky Sports Mobile pass which shows up on my on-line account but when I log onto Now on my phone the pass is not showing,  The phone is listed as a registered device.

 

Any ideas why this would be?

Have you tried a fresh download of the NowTV App on your phone and once downloaded power down the phone before signing into the NowTV App ?

 

Also i am assuming you are only attempting to watch one of the five Sky Sports channels that comes with a mobile pass which is Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing (Horses) and News.

Thanks for the speedy reply.

 

I tried a fresh install and powered down the phone before signing in  but it did not work.  When I look at my account under my passes it says "You need a pass to start watching"

 

Is there anything else you can think of I can try?

Would you have another smartphone to temporary test the NowTV Mobile Sports Pass on ?

 

Never used a NowTV Mobile Sports Pass myself, so i am not sure what else to try (assuming you are signing into the phone with the correct NowTV account details and the NowTV App was downloaded from your phone's Apps Store).
