Anyone heard any news on the 2021/22 season pass? I took up the £25 a month offer at the start of last season and that runs until October, which will obviously overlap with the start this season. I'm worried that'd make me ineligible for a season pass offer.

I've just spoke to someone on the live chat and sent over the offer that's on hotukdeals of £25 a month for 10 months with boost. The guy I spoke to said there is currently no deals so can't help so said wait for email of new offers. Having just cancelled my September 2020 - sep 21 season pass I'm hoping for an email soon with a new deal.
Anyone had the email of the new deal sent to them yet ?

Sky harp on about promoting equality etc but all they do is line the pockets of multi millionaire footballers at the expense of the poor. I’m not paying £34 a month. I don’t want the other sports channels they force me to pay for either. Can’t go to sky who force the unwanted entertainment package. It’s all just pure greed. If it’s £34 or nothing, then it’s nothing for you sky and now tv.

Hi I too have been waiting for a deal and last season had 10 months for £20 per month. Like others I don't want to pay £34.99 that's too much to justify but I've just found 12 months for £200 which is £16.66 per month. I've had to pay it all up front but ive snapped that up as its better than half price thought it seemed a bit too cheap but it's gone through so fingers crossed

Thanks for the link MarcT 😎👍 Although it says the deal has expired, someone has posted a link in the comments which takes you to the deal...I too have gone for the £200 up front deal for 12 months and it's working 😎 Cheers!

For the £200 upfront deal, does it allow watching on multiple devices at the same time?
I can't see that detail.

Most likely not, for more than 1 stream at a time you’ll have to subscribe to boost.

The £200 ‘£20/month for 10 months Sports’ offer carries a corresponding £250 offer of ‘£25/month for 10 months Sports plus Boost’.
So the ‘12 months Sports for £200 upfront’ offer would likely have a ‘12 months Sports plus Boost for £250 upfront’ offer alongside it.
Except you’d be crazy to go for it, as that represents a zero discount on Boost. So better to get Boost separately if you want it, pay your first £5, and then start the Cancellation process 5 minutes in, and see what retention offer you might get that would pull down the £50 for 12 months to something a bit more reasonable, and paid month by month, cancel any time,
instead of £50 up front.
Committing for a year of Sports, at that discount, is reasonable if you are sure you won’t want to bail out early. Committing for a year of Boost, at no discount, would not be.
Those going for the ‘£25/month for ten months’ offer have some slightly different maths to do; but if they are likewise locked into £5/month for Boost, for however many months they stay, on top of the £20 for Sports, then they, likewise, would do much better to just take the £20 offer, and get Boost entirely separately.
Of course, all my maths here assumes that Now aren’t going to raise the price of Boost again in the next 10/12 months; but as that would likely be commercial suicide on a grander scale than even the recent changes, I’m assuming they won’t…..

You would think not but they keep increasing prices
I’m still awaiting an offer for sky sports I had to pay full price as they said there’s no deals available apart from the 200 quid upfront payment which I’m not prepared to do

I am surprised - or maybe not - that this debate rages year after year. Live Premier League football remains the jewel in the crown of Sky's offerings and is the reason it became the behemoth it did. The demand is and always will be there, despite anybody's bipedal tendencies.
Sky itself is barking, unless you are made of money. Here on NOW full price is not much better. Except it is just a month at a time. Or even a day, which is great if you have a particular game in mind. And there are deals available, although you sometimes have to be cute to hunt them out.
Sure, you have to pay for the Boost to get the best quality. But that also gives you the option to share with up to two others. Not hard to work out what you can do with family, or trusted friends.
I am uncomfortable at stumping £200 up front, although if you can then that is frankly a great deal. For the rest of us keep your eyes peeled, hassle the chat team, whatever.
At the end of the day you either want to watch the footy, or you don't, yeah?
