Hi.
Over the last week, I've been experiencing the same ongoing issue when using the Sky Sports channels, which continually buffer during live broadcasts, which is usually every five minutes.
I pay a monthly pass, but I think the level of service is really poor, given that there is no level of communication from Now TV with its customers, outside of people contacting them individually.
I've missed a lot of the football this week due to this technical issue and have decided to cancel my Now TV subscription.
Every other app works through both Virgin Broadband and my Playstation 4, so I know that this is solely an issue with Now TV.

Same issue with it constantly frezing whilst watching it on my Ps4. Ive deleted the App and re downloaded it and still having the same issue. Has anyone resolved their simialr issue?
Hello, I have had the exact same issue all week aswell now, I came on the website for help about it and glad it’s not just me experiencing it. Literally every 5 minutes the football match will just cut out and I have to reset the whole app, meaning I’m missing most of the game. I have a monthly pass and will be cancelling at the end of this month due to not being able to watch any games this week, £35 a month and I’ve had half the experience I expected
I am watching (well attempting) the West Ham v Chelsea game and it’s cut out 3 times and frozen about 8 already and it’s not even half time

What devices are you using to watch NOW on?

I’m using a PS4.
I’ve also been experiencing the same issue and my neighbour also commented how bad it’s been, first really noticed it last weekend. I’m using the 4K Now TV box, connection is ethernet. BT Ultra box streams 4K content flawlessly so it ain’t my broadband, I was wondering if it was a dodgy update when the rebranded couple of weeks ago.

So can think of a couple of suggestions, although I don’t have an active sport’s membership so can’t truly comment.
To unplug the router for a few minutes. This can often refresh the connection.
You may or may not have Boost. Which helps give 1080p and most importantly 50fps.

Have boost and have done since it launched, rebooted everything, always the first thing to try 😂
Sorry bud, not much more i can think of. Sounds like it could be a server issue like @Saint1976 mentioned.
Its been a long time since I’ve watched live sports on NOW.
I don't particularly want to pay any more money just to get the service I should already be getting.
My sports channels are always poor quality picture when I first turn it on it's perfect for about 20 s I have tried so many times to fix this problem with all the suggestions that nowtv send me and nothing fixes this and all other channels work fine. Oh I am using there app
I pay for the boost package and I’m still losing reception and getting errors. So that doesn’t help resolve the issues. Now tv just can’t cope with the streaming.

Ignore me I hadn’t read your posts up thread!
Have you tried to unplug your router?
Unplug your TV for a few minutes also helps sometimes.
Is your TV connected via Wi-fi or Ethernet cable?
This is more than likely a server issue. Either over capacity or a fault at a local data centre.
Whilst I appreciate it's no help, I'm in London and had no problems watching any live sports channels.
No problem my end watching the West Ham v Chelsea match based in South Wales.
If your Router or playback device can accommodate it, i would try using the Google Public DNS servers to see if that makes any difference when streaming NOW sports.
I’ve had Now for years and had more buffering issues this week than the entire time previous. It’s not my broadband connection, it’s not my internal network or equipment, I work in IT so know what to look for, it’s most likely the source.
Now tv app on my Samsung tv and also on my iPhone
im watching on a samsung smart tv on the app on a wired connection and the picture goes blurry for about 5 seconds almost every 10 mins or so,this is happening on main event and premier league channels
Exact same as me! 2 month old samsung tv. Wired connection of 146MBPS!!!!!! NOT ONE other device using the broadband. And it cant go two bloody minutes without blurring out to unwatchable for up to 30 seconds at a time!
