Rewinding live sport

Does anyone know if i turn on a football match half way through is there an option to start the programme from the beginning?

Afraid not, it is only what is on at that current time. 

 

Movies is the only section that allows you to watch from the start.

Agreed as regards Sport, but regarding rewinding Entertainment, the link you gave doesn’t quite bear out what you said:-

 

You can pause and rewind the live TV channels for up to 30 minutes with any of the NOW TV devices below: 

  • NOW TV Smart Stick
  • NOW TV Smart Box with 4K & Voice Search
  • NOW TV Smart Box with Freeview
  • NOW TV Box (black) 

On all other devices, you can only pause or rewind on demand movies and shows.

 

 

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
