Refund

I cancelled my subscription as it said its free for first month but they have charged me 25£ for that

Was it this offer you took? If so the sports membership is £25 per month and it was a free month of boost.

I am assuming it's a Sports NOW Monthly Membership ?

 

Never known NOW to offer a free month Sports Membership to any customers before (unless you purchased a NOW Stick or NOW box with a bundled one month sports voucher which you would need to cancel before the one month is up, otherwise it will keep auto renewing each month unless you cancel).

 

Your best bet is to jump over to NOW live chat for further assistance and help.
