So I was wondering what the issue was, basically I forgot I didn't cancel the sports channel and when it came out I cancelled the sports pass that morning. Of course the live chat and phone calls aren't working so I sent a message saying I've cancelled it and would appreciate a refund. They hasn't answered and it was a week so I sent another email asking for a response. Its been another two weeks. I then sent a complaint and I cant find an option for a refund which is what's worse. I really wouldnt mind if it was 15 but I was paying for both sports and sports extra. I'm more appalled I've been completely ignored and have had no response and there is no way to contact them. No ones even used the sports channel since I cancelled. This is outrageous I am very much not impressed.
