As long as you didn’t activate the membership you can store it for another day.
I activated my 24 hour pass an hour before the match as I like to watch and listen to all the build-up.
Even before kick off we were being told it was being delayed and no mention of postponement until around 45 minutes after the original kick off time so who in their right mind would have waited until literally half time to activate their pass?
It was simply a question, I don’t follow or care about the EPL so I wasn’t sure when kick off was.
Use the link I provided up thread and through that and you’ll find ways of getting in touch with NOW staff.
Sorry mate, wasn't having a go, just getting frustrated with not being able to contact anyone on live chat and the help section doesn't seem to cover my dilemma.

Live chat are currently inundated according to this screen shot taken from the NOW Help service banner and NOW are telling customers to use either their email address or the web form that has been posted on quite a few threads on the Community Forum.
