Pass help

Bought a sky sports day pass last week and it says i got a 3 month mobile membership. Tried to access sky sports on mobile app and it says i need another pass? Help appreciated cheers!

The freebie Sports Mobile Pass takes up to 10 days before it automatically is applied to your account.

 

If none of the five permitted Sky Sports Channels are working ie Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing (Horses) or News on your smartphone and nothing is showing on your account then you may have to wait.

 

If it's been more than 10 days then get in touch with NOW live chat.
