24 hours is up and won’t let me watch anything on my phone or tablet. What a waste of money my match I wanted to watch has already started . What a terrible customer care team which seems to be non existent. Feel robbed of my money and conned. What an absolute waste I demand a refund !

The freebie Sports Mobile (smartphone) Pass offer that comes with a Day Sports Pass current deal takes up to 10 days to be automatically applied to your account.
Even if it was added automatically straight away, you won't be able to watch the Forest v Huddersfield game because this match is only available on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football.
Where the Mobile Sports (smartphone) Pass is restricted to Sky Premier League, Sky Action, Sky Arena, Sky Racing (Horses) and Sky News.
We have done the same, the match has started and we just keep getting error can’t complete your payment but the payment is showing as taken! We have tried watching it on another device as someone suggested on a previous comment but it’s not doing anything!
