Now tv on bt tv

I have Bt tv and subscribe to the entertainment sky cinema sky sports and have the boost passe. I am unable to watch any of my Nowtv passes on my Bt tv box as when I go to a Nowtv channel on my Bt tv box it keeps telling me that device not registered, I only have the one device registered to my Nowtv account, can anyone tell me what is happening why I am unable to watch my Nowtv passes on my Bt tv box

If you don’t pay your now tv pass through you by Bill you need you watch your passes via the app rather thank the channels on the epg

I am paying for the Nowtv passes through Bt and for the Nowtv app I can’t watch the Nowtv passes at all, all I get is you have exceeded your devices and I only have one device on my Nowtv account and that is BT’s box

Have you checked in your account for which devices are showing as being registered there?

I would contact BT and ask them if you are paying for the subscription through them it should be working.

I got in touch with and they reset the Bt tv box from their end and the box was taking a long to reset the box, so they told me to return the Bt box as they thought the box faulty, they also done a check on my broadband and told me that my broadband signal had dropped and would need to have a Bt engineer to look at it. Well I have now got a new box and a Bt engineer is coming to see to my broadband and to setup my new Bt tv box, so I got a result after all but it took a long time getting there

Glad you got a resolution to your situation BT have done a good thing you there boxes recently really made them a solid proposition to have.
