Solved: Now sports

I have tryed watching my now sports this morning and it keeps coming up saying

Sorry now content cannot currently be viewed in this country

It is the 1st time I have had an issue with it

Thats great thank you inwill swith now router off for a bit and hopefully that will work thank u I've never had an issue with it before always worked graet so was abit of a shock lol thank you for your help

Assuming you are in this country, and you are not using a VPN, then your broadband supplier has assigned you an IP address that Now streaming does not recognise as being in the UK.

Switch off your router for 30 minutes, so when you switch it on again it will have a new IP address, hopefully recognised as in the UK this time.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
If you take an offer that comes with a ‘free trial’ of Boost or another Membership, Cancel them straight away. You will still get the full duration of the trial, and if you decide you do want to continue with one or another of the trial products, just revisit the Cancel, and UnCancel it.

Yes, sorry, I corrected my initial posting when I saw this was a Now streaming, not a Now broadband, problem.

But we have had another report of this issue in quick succession:-

so maybe there is a wider issue here.

Are you seeing an error code of OVP_00012 ?

If so it looks like NOW have acknowledged an issue currently on their TV streaming service affecting a number of members (see screenshot below).
