Now TV stream consistency Vs competitors

Is it just me or is Now TV always buffering and struggling to stream, regardless of device. The app on Samsung tv is shocking, PS5 not much better.

 

However, you get a game on bt sport, prime, iPlayer etc and its always flawless? 

Had to reset the ps5 app three times in 10 mins already because the stream stops. Make that 4!

We are having the same issue just watching Chelsea v Leicester and already blurring and buffering, we even switched to Xbox to stream but that is really jerky, can't seem to win and we had the same issue when watching F1 live, Now TV don't seem to want to answer these queries, I have chased them again as I had a Case Number from previous.  I would complain good luck.
