I paid £199 last summer for a 10 month Now TV football season pass which runs out at the end of May 2020, after the scheduled playoffs.
Due to Corona virus, I'm missing nearly 3 months worth, ie nearly £60 lost.
I have heard of customers contacting Now TV and being offered at least a months free sky sports subs as compo(value about £33.99 I think) which they can obviously activate when the beautiful game restarts.
But try as I try, it seems Now TV make it impossible to contact them. No live chat and the phones are too busy when you ring up. Due to reduced staffing due to the virus they say.
Anyone got any experience with this?
I feel we're being cheated, although I imagine it's in the small print that it's not their fault.
I don't want a refund as such. But I can't see how the 10 month season ticket can be paused.
Sky have joined all the other companies that owe money to the public. There is no way of contacting them UNLESS you want to buy something. Then they've all too eager to answer your call. I bought three month sports pass a few weeks before the Virus put a stop to the Football. I will get replacements at the very least. They can't hide forever.

There is no option to pause a pass with Now TV, the only option is to cancel it.
As it stands there is no confirmation from Now TV to indicate what they will be doing with sport passes.
I would suggest you can fill this form out.
UPDATE. A few days ago I got a standard email from NOW TV offering all football '10 month season ticket holders' a bonus extra month of Sky Sports. Further details and voucher code to follow, they say.
I don't know what they're doing with 3 months sports passes etc. Presume they'll offer you something.
