How can I watch the Norwich v Bristol match on Now? I have the full monthly membership to watch Sky Sports. Apparently, the match is on the red button but how do I access that? And help welcome.

What playback devices have you tried ?
Bonus Sports Streams are the last but one horizontal grid row on the NOW App main home screen if your playback device supports Bonus Streams.

Just checked my Roku Stick and the Norwich v Bristol City game is there on Bonus Streams and the match is about 3 minutes into the game.
