No transmission of Norwich v Wigan

Hello – I am new to NOW

Yesterday I bought a day pass to watch the Championship Match Norwich v Wigan and downloaded the NOW app to my desk top computer  ( Windows)

I went to your website at 12.10 pm today and pressed the > button on the Norwich v Wigan panel and all I got was an invitation to buy a passes for Premier League games ! I tried this about 6 times with the same result and then gave up

Very disappointing and a waste of £11.99.

A refund please

Why did this happen ? What advice can you give should I try again next time you feature a Norwich game ?

 I use these two website links below to find out what Championship football is on Sky.

If any of the matches are on the Sky Red Button (called NOW Bonus Sports Streams) you unfortunately won't get them with a Day Sports Pass and need a Monthly Sports Membership and a PC doesn't support the NOW Bonus Sports Streams.

See if NOW live chat can offer you a refund.

Sky don't get all the Championship games and the games that tend to pop up on the red button service (NOW Bonus Streams) are usually in clusters during the season and not available all the time where there is usually gaps on the Sky Red button service (I am assuming it's the agreement in place between the EFL and Sky ).

I just looked at the Sky TV planner and the Norwich v Wigan Game started at 12 noon on both Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football.

I don't use a PC for watching NOW and can only think you logged in with the wrong NOW account details.

NOW live chat will be your best bet for further assistance.

Did your internet browser take you to the NOW Republic of Ireland website, where in the past I have come across it sometimes defaults to the wrong region.
