No sports!

Bought a new now TV stick that came with a free months sports pass. Set it up... No sports... No scratch card type in box. Been all through membership bit online. It's wanting me to pay for the months pass. Where is my free month? Any help anyone please?

Usually the one month Sports voucher is electronically uploaded to your account automatically once you have setup the new Stick.

 

If there is nothing showing under your online Sports Membership and there is nothing towards the top of the My Membership online screen page with a message and link saying something like "Vouchers Waiting For You" and you have logged into the correct account (assuming you have only ever created one account).

 

Then get in touch with NOW live chat for further assistance and help (use the green chat online button from this link page below).

 

Live chat should open at 8am tomorrow morning.

There have been a few reports over the last year that some customers didn't automatically receive their voucher from their new Stick with the voucher or vouchers off it.

 

There hasn't been many reports recently though.

 

When you contact live chat have the Stick serial number to hand.

There aren’t many reports because there aren’t many new Now Sticks out there any more.

 

@Anonymous User where did you source the stick from, was the box in came in a sealed NowTV box, and was it dated at all?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
If you take an offer that comes with a ‘free trial’ of Boost or another Membership, Cancel them straight away. You will still get the full duration of the trial, and if you decide you do want to continue with one or another of the trial products, just revisit the Cancel, and UnCancel it.

Thankyou. I followed your link and got help. Missed opening ceremony and day one of the Ryder Cup, but happy I got it sorted.

They talked me through resetting stick, still didn't work, so the sent me code to put in myself. Much easier when it's the scratch card type free pass than preloaded on stick 😏
