Just took up £25 p/m for 3 months Sky Sports Offer. The subscription is active when watching from my PC but not from anything else .. on my NOW TV box (black version) I can open up the 'NOW' app fine, it shows I'm logged in .. but when I click to watch a sports channel it just gives me a screen telling me I need to purchase a subscription to watch? - no other options - Same from my NOW smart phone app and Roku stick app.
Can anybody advise please?
Hi @Anonymous User
i have just taken up the same offer myself and no problems watching any of the sports channels for me on my playback devices.
i am guessing you have tried the basic stuff, like sign out, power down your playback device and then reboot the device and sign back in under the My Account section using the same exact details you used to purchase the Sports Membership on.
Yep, done all the reset/re-login stuff, but I'm really confused now .. I watched the Russian F1 GP on the NOW TV Player for Windows but now when I open it I'm redirected to the NOW web site to buy a Sports Package?? So now it seems my subscription that worked this afternoon on the PC, is now not showing on anything?
Hi @Anonymous User
I would be tempted to try a reboot on your Router before you try contacting the NOW online web chat service for further assistance and help.
I am also assuming you are not using a VPN service ?
Here's a link page to reach NOW live chat by clicking on the green chat online button.

Hi @Anonymous User
Another thing i would be tempted to try if you have mobile internet data is to use your smartphone has a temporary wifi hotspot to see if the Sports Membership plays on another network, rather than your home internet network to see if there is a conflict on your Router.
Also double check on your online account under both My Membership and My Bills and Payments to see if the Sports Membership is still showing active and running on your account.
Over on Twitter, quite a few customers today have reported issues either buying a Sports Membership or starting their Sports Membership which might be a technical problem at NOW's end.
