Mobile Sports offer not working

Bought a day sky sports pass 2 weeks ago and then received a 6 month mobile pass. It worked fine the week after but trying to use it today and my now tv keeps saying I need a sports subscription. Anyone know how to fix this?

What channel are you trying to watch? 

The mobile membership only allows 5 channels out of the 11.

To sound daft are you trying to watch on your mobile or a larger device such as a tablet? If it’s the latter then you can’t watch using your mobile membership.
