When is the full replay of the lions 3rd test going to be available on demand? I've been waiting a whole week to watch the game!!

Hi Izzie-T,

It's the 3rd test played between South Africa and the British and Irish Lions. Played on the 7th August.

If I go to what's on, Main menu, sports and scroll down to the very bottom where there are individual tabs for different sports.

Click on the Rugby Union tab, I can see that full replays are available for the first and second test matches but not the third.

I've been checking daily since the game was played for the full replay (not the highlights) to become available but it's still not.

@Izzie-T the match in question is South Africa v British and Irish Lions 3rd Test.

The 1st and 2nd Test matches were made available on demand but not the 3rd.

That's only 49 minutes of highlights.

What customers are expecting is the full match including the build up and after match talk which is around 4 hours long going on the first two tests.

yes I've just spend my £9.99 for a day pass to follow the link and enjoy the 3rd test full replay, which I missed live, only to discover this is just the highlights which have always been available.

There was nothing showing for the 3rd test including "Hits" or "Bitesize" or the full match from yesterday because i checked.

From tracking the first two tests on the NOW on Demand Sports service, Hits and Bitesize was added first and the full test match was added later (can't remember for the life of me if it was the same day or the next following day.

Hopefully @Izzie-T will get this sorted for you to watch with your Day Sports Pass.

The first two tests was slow getting added to NOW on Demand, but the third test is a shocking wait for it to be added.

I totally agreed with you. 

I am very sorry to say that I really cannot be knowing all the content. Our team is still working on getting more visibility for OnDemand Sport. This is why I really appreciate all your messages.

Each Sport events has different timeline & right can be ready to OnDemand, however definitely will be at least 24 hours or more before any OnDemand to be available.

I will have a check 3rd test including "Hits" or "Bitesize" and update you.

Wrong sport.

This thread is referring to the South Africa v British and Irish Lions Rugby Union 3rd test match that was played weeks ago.

The 49min of Hits and the compressed Bitsize of this match was added yesterday.

What customers are referring too is the complete match in full including the before and after match analysis which should be roughly around 4 hours long in duration.

We must admit that there is a lot unclear on our OnDemand content for us that we are still trying to work on this.

I am querying the 4 hours full match of this SA lion 3rd test at present.

As originally the 4 hours match should be on the platform at the same time as the HITs, but the team currently has some technical issue.

We are trying to push this fix as soon as possible, once I have more update, will let you know.
