I have sky sports as broadband deal, but asking for payment

I am signed up to the broadband and Sky Sports package, my account says I have Sky Sports which I pay £25 pm for, but when I go to watch it it is asking for payment for monthly or daily. Help.

You need to make sure your signed into the app using the same account as your broadband account with the sports membership deal.

When you scroll to the bottom you’ll see a row of options including “account” in here this will display the account details that is logged into the app.
