Free sky sports mobile pass

I recieved a free sky sports mobile pass when i bought a day pass, I got an email saying it was available to use, it shows up when i sign in on my laptop but not if I use my phone (which is what I need it for)

Live chat is nt responding !!!

Is there not a board to post questions about passes, seems strange !!!

A few people seem to be having problems watching their free 4 months mobile sports pass on their smartphone, when the pass is showing available on their online NowTV account.

I am assuming you have tried a fresh NowTV App download from your smartphone Apps Store and attempting to watch one of the five channels allowed with a mobile pass, which is Premier League, NFL, Arena, Racing (Horses) or News.

Don't know if this is the reason on the linked thread below why you can't watch anything with your four months mobile sports pass ?

Thank you, problem sorted . Restarted my phone and I was able to watch.
