Day pass only working on iPhone app

I've just bought a sports day pass to watch the lions game. My card details weren't recognized on the Xbox One app (where I want to watch it), so I set up the day pass on my iPhone. Now I can only watch it on my iPhone, and not on my Xbox One or my PC.

I'd rather watch it on a bigger screen than my phone

How do I get it to work on the Xbox One app?

Why didn't it recognise my card details?

Are you signed in the app using the same login details on your Xbox?

 

If you’ve paid for a Day Membership and added to your account you’ll be able to watch this on any device you are logged into.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I have the same issues - one day pass showing as available on TV - select it to start and it still tells me I don't have a pass.

Why don’t you activate the Day membership on another device such as your phone then you’ll be able to watch it on the TV.
