Continuous buffering and Sorry, something went wrong. Trying to watch sports

I get a few seconds of unwatchable blocky images before the screen freezes and buffering logo is the only action. Then Sorry Something went wrong - trying to watch sports. 
I can watch entertainment channels or stream other services, it is just the Sports. Feel totally ripped off trying to watch England play Belgium.

What I would suspect is that they will

direct you to speaking with BT to get it resolved.

Thanks for the help but my frustration is I can watch the entertainment channel through the App on BT box just fine, I could watch the sports last weekend through it but this weekend it’s rubbish. 
The thought of having to us BT’s customer services is even worse!!
