Charged twice

I recently signed up for the 6months deal on the cinema pass. I was charged on the 19th April the £8.99. I was then charged another £8.99 on the 22nd April not sure why to how. What can I do as there is no chat available and you can not get through to anybody. In a time like this companies that provide a service to the public should ensure that people are charged correctly and accurately as they may lose customers.
