Cant renew my sports monthly pass

Hi I cancelled a couple of months ago but wanted to watch the last few games of the season, I have money on my card but when it comes to purchase it says error everytime, please help

What's the full error message or is there an error code ?

 

Have you tried a different Internet browser (assuming you are not billed via a third party).

 

Where are you trying to purchase the Sports Pass from ie from your My Membership section or under offers on the NOW website or somewhere else ?
