After trying to connect to live chat for 2nd time after getting cut off by them. I found that I could not connect to live chat it would not connect no please wait message displaying on screen. So I logged out and deleted cookies and got through to live chat first time. This happened 3 times. I assume they are blocking people using cookies no doubt they will say it's a coincidence.
