I have just bought a Sky Sports Package but cannot activate it on my TV. Each time I press OK it tells me "Oops something went wrong - Unable to complete purchase on this device, please go to nowtv.com to choose a product or offer" I have just done this and completed a successful purchase online but it will still not play on the TV, although bizarrely Sky Sports News will play fine. Any suggestions before the Test Match is finished. Thanks

See if logging out of the NowTV App by going to the App then select the My Account Area.
Then when you sign back into the App make sure you log in with the same account details used to buy the sports pass.
If you have purchased a Mobile Sports Pass, then make sure that you are using a smartphone and are only watching on the 5 channels that is permitted which is Premier League, Action,Arena,Racing & News (where i doubt the cricket will be on any of these five channels).
If you have a full sports pass, ie day, week or month then you should get all 11 number sports channels including Sky Sports Cricket.

I tried to activate the Now Box on the bedroom TV and it worked at the first time. The living Now Box is also now working. Thanks for your quick reply. An afternoon's cricket beckons.

On the last two occasions that I have purchased a Sports Day Pass, when I try to activate it and start watching I get the message:
"Oops something went wrong, unable to complete purchase on this device, go to nowtv.com to choose a product of offer.
The only way to fix this is to log out of the Now TV box, and log back in again. This has has only just started happening, it never used to do it. Why do I have to log out and back in EVERY time I buy a pass? Has something changed? Thanks

Hi, I'm an Entertainment package subscriber, I had an email yesterday giving me 5 months free mobile sky sports subscription and it said I didn't need to do anything. When I log into sports on my mobile, it says I don't have a subscription?

I just spoke with online advisor. With this promotion, we only have access to channels of Sky Sports Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing, News.
so tonight’s cup games are not available

Thanks for that, please don't think I'm shooting the messenger but it makes no mention of that in the email and when I try to go into Sports it won't let me in any of the channels. TBH this is similar to what happened 18 months ago and so I cancelled, I only went back a couple of months ago. thanks for the help but I'm cancelling Movies and entertainment and going back to Netflix/Prime where I haven't had any issues. I've wasted an hour and a half trying to contact Now so enough is enough. Good luck
