Audio out of sync

Two weeks ago my sky sports Audio keeps going out of sync , I have rebooted my router and my now box I've tried looking at the settings but nothing is jumping out at me what I can do atm watching sky sports is a joke any help to solve this issue would be appreciated.

Hi @Steve1875 

If you are not using a 5.1 surround sound system with your NOW box then have you tried Stereo in the box Audio Settings ?

Should you also be using a NOW 4K Smart box, when watching something on NOW press the star button on the remote and check that Volume Mode pop up option is off.

No problems for me watching Sky Sports on my NOW box.

Thanks for your reply after I posted this issue I went to the online chat team for help.. and we went and done a hard reset and refresh on everything .. all seemed well until I started watching live football or F1 after few minuted minutes of watching them you hear what sounds like crackling and muffling sound after that is when it seems to go out of sync, been with now for almost 6 years and never experienced this before. 

Other than the hard reset never quite understood the Audio side of things I just checked my Audio setting it was on Auto (DD+ , DTS) I have now changed it to stereo and the streaming Audio format is on Auto

With the change I will let you know if that has worked . Just annoying seems to only do it when I'm watching live events 🙄
