Accessing 6 month free sports mobile package

I appear to be signed up for 6 month free sports mobile package but when I go to watch a football match it is showing me prices and not allowing me to stream,

How do i access the free trial, it says i have it  in my account details

Are you trying to watch the Newcastle v Leicester Carabao cup match ?

If so this game is on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football which is not covered under the NOW Mobile Sports Membership.

With the Mobile Sports Membership you get five Sky Sports channels which is Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing (Horses) and News.

What football are you trying to watch? Only Sky Sports Premier League is included in the mobile pass.
