valid entertainment pass not working on all devices

I  have a valid entertainment pass, but its only working on 1 of my devices

 

Why is this??

Hi @Anonymous User

 

Can you tell us a bit more what happens when you're trying to use our service on other devices? Do you get log in errors, content not playing etc?

 

More information we have, the merrier.
