several issues

I signed a 3 month contract and now discover I have one day left to watch two seasons of GOT. I contacted live chat (excuse whilst i laugh at 'live') and they were hopeless. I cant contact anyone by phone and have tried live(;laughing again) but they too busy. An orhanisation like NOW TV not having a phone contact.. disgraceful. SO heres what I shall write here... someone answer the question or I Cancel my subscription. ||DIsgusting way to treat customers

Yes, but what is the question?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
