my entertainment package isn't working.

I have am entertainment pack active on my account, but am unable to access entertainment pack. Would like to speak to someone regards to this!

Sorry to hear this.

 

Can you tell us a bit more information?  What device you're using to view NOW TV? Are you abel to select a tv show and if so are you getting an error message when you select a show to watch?
