Every time my kids try to watch something on the kids channels it asks for a PIN. Not very convenient as you can imagine!
I have parental controls set to 15+ so what is happening?

@Anonymous User Welcome to the forum. This seems to be happening with a lot of kids content at the moment and the NOW TV team were looking into it but I've not seen any update. I'll tag @Anonymous User and @Anonymous User in case they have any news.
