had an email from now tv saying audio issue been fixed

now tv sent me an email saying audio had been fixed, so i tried the wire and still the same problem, season 1 episode 8 wont even load, i tried replying  to the email and it got rejected, so can some one please help me out as this has been an issue for  a while now and nothings been fixed, and i have no idea what to do about it, as ive had many a live chat and complained, and its not my devices thats the problem

It appears to be fixed on the web version but even after a system restart of my HD stick I still have issues on my TV.

has anyone got any updates cause sound issues have not been resolved, especially on the wire, whether its an app on a tv, or now tv stick,
