free trial cancel

I need to cancel my account because of some financial problems and forgot to cancel it before the free trial ended, you tried to take the payment and I'm unable to make the payment .

@Anonymous User The best thing to do is in the morning, jump on live chat to speak to a team member about this who will help you asap.

  • Click here
  • Click on the green contact us button at the bottom.
  • You will then see live chat.

Hours are 8am-midnight and it is best to use a PC/Mac. 🙂
