error searchin. (code 16.1)

Whener i try to download a song from spotify i get this message, i pay Spotify £9,99 q month and Now TV the same I have tried re-starting both the wireless and the now tv box but it still comes up

 

Please help

welcome to the forum.

 

Looks like it's a bug in the Spotify app itself which Spotify will need to fix. It is well documented on the Spotify forum and you can find some workarounds on there but not an actual solution to the problem as yet.

(you'll see the post refers to Roku boxes which is what the NOW TV box is)

Hi have been having message of error code 16.1 on my spotify app via now tv  since monday am, spotify have said they are working on the problem? is there any news yet? still showing same message this am.

 

Does anyone know what is going on?
