can someone at nowtv explain ?

why when upgradeing an xbox i have to wait a mouth before i can do this must be some kind of a joke right  dont seem to have this with netflix or prime.

@lovebuguk it's a system glitch on some devices. You can go on to chat, they open at 8 and tell them your Xbox has updated and they can help with the device slot and getting you back watching.

Hi @lovebuguk

 

 

Once updated it can sometimes generate a new IP address as it looks like a new device which is why you would need to update your devcies. i have granted you new changes for now so you cna add it back on.
