box crashes on 'watch live' option

I have two black boxes and both are now crashing when I select 'watch live' on the entertainment section.

I don't even have to select the option, as soon as its highlighted the nowtv app closes.

I assume this bug is related to the launch of the kids pass? Both boxes I have checked for updates, reset and hard reset but they continue to crash.

You assume correctly. It's currently the same on my LG television... The pain will be over very soon I'm sure!

Can you scroll down to any perticuler channel ? 

Where does it crash about ?

Press nowtv button on remote or open up app from app list. On side menu scroll to entertainment, select it, then scroll to watch live. It will immediately crash the app. Does even load channel list.

Hi me to on watch live entertainment all channels black now Tv box restarted and reset also on my Lenovo android tablet app crashes back to desktop all live channels entertainment

Mine is the same but kids channel is on tablet just not box yet
