What playback devices are you using ?
When inside the NowTV App under My Account does it show buy a cinema & kids pass ?
Have you tried signing out of your devices and then log back into them with your account details that has the cinema and kids pass.
What happens if you reboot both your router and playback devices by switching off the power for about 30 secs.
If you have a nowtv box or stick, then if all the above fails try a factory reset, where you will find the option in the menu settings under systems.
