Unable to watch anything at all

I just bought NowTV, thought it seemed like a good deal. Purchased 6 months and logged into the account through my PS4. The quailty is so bad you will have to figure out what is going on like a puzzle. I have rebooted my router. I have deleted the NowTV app and reinstalled. I have deleted the data file. Nothing works. Its still poor. Stream quality is 0. Its very bad. I have Netflix which works perfectly, never had an issue, never had to contact anyone regarding them. Tried contacting the online service but the agent was no help at all. and he ended the chat in 20 seconds of me responding. He could not help so he decided to end the conversation.

 

Can anyone advise me what to do? 

I feel like ive just been conned.

Try watching on some other device eg LG or Samsung TV, laptop or other devices listed as approved by NOWTV.

Could you let us know how far your router is from your PS4? 

 

Are you also facing picture quality issues on other devices?
