The Flash Not Working

Hi

 

When I select The Flash, from either Search, Catch Up or Most Popular it just keeps kicking me out of Now TV.  This is not happening with any other selection and have be able to watch other programmes.  This is from the White Box, any ideas?

Hi, I am having the same problem but it's only with The Flash and Arrow, I can watch it on my phone but it keeps knocking me off on the TV, can watch anything else but these two programs- extremely annoying!!

Yep, same for me trying to watch Arrow.

 

This looks like a similar issue to one that affected 24 a few weeks ago. Unfortunately  the problem is with the content files at NOW TV's end, not with our boxes, so resetting or doing anything else won't help.

 

When the NOW TV Team pick up the post they will pass the info on to the content team to sort, but from past experience it will probably take a day or two.

This issue appears to be fixed, you should be able to watch the episodes now.
