Welcome to the forum. This episode doesn't seem to be playing  on a NOW TV box if you try and play it from the 'Latest' section, but if you go the Season 7 listing (Entertainment > Channels > MTV > Teen Mom OG > Season 7) and scroll down to Episode 12 it does play from there.

 

Alternately if you watch on any other devices start playing the episode on there, and then on your box go to your My TV > Continue Watching section and it should play from there.

Is season 8 even on the now tv app as there are new episodes airing now of season 9 and there not on here ?
