TED Stream not loading

Hello

My white nowTV box will not load random TED videos

It gets to the loading/retrieving bar but does not progress

some videos do work but some like

http://www.ted.com/talks/emilie_wapnick_why_some_of_us_don_t_have_one_true_calling

do not.

I have reset my router

I have reset my Roku box

I have factory reset my Roku box and re entered my details

it all works but random videos on TED do not...

I have checked the videos on a  computer and they work  fine so it shouldn't be a problem at source unless it is linked to a stream that TED servers give to nowTV

Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is the only  fault I have come across in over a year

normally it  is perfect, including the TED stream

I'm afraid you will need to get in touch with the TED developers to provide you with more information.

They will be able to look into this further for you.
