Subtitles

Hi there,

 

For several years nowtv have been saying that they will soon be providing subtitles for deaf/hard of hearing viewers. I read recently that this should happen this summer, can you give an update on this please?

  • What type of NOW TV box are you using to access and play NOW TV content?
    [ie: a NOW TV 'black' box or a NOW TV 'Smart' box.]
  • What's your NOW TV boxes 'software' version and its NOW TV 'app' version?

Hello SMD,

 

I have a standard black box.

 

As of this morning, the app. level has finally increased to 3.8, but software is still showing 7.0, in spite of having received a response from the Trials Team on 1st Feb.  saying that the issue had been resolved.
