Staff please: Could not cancel when I needed to because of website malfunction

Hello, I had a free trial but when I wanted to cancel, the website kept failing. I've now been charged for another month because I was unable to find any 'live chat' function on this website either to try to sort it. I have not used nowTV since and would like to be refunded and the month taken off please.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.  Live Chat will be able to look into your account and may be able to help.  To access it click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/None-of-the-above and hit the Contact Us box on the left of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight).

Thank you, i couldn't find that part of the website for the life of me, it kept sending me round in circles
