Sopranos missing episodes

Hi.

 

I'm really annoyed - the majority of The Sopranos episodes on Now TV are missing when browsing on playstation. I've had to log in on laptop and use Now TV player to access these missing episodes.

 

However, several of these episodes cut off after 10 or 15 minutes.

 

Can you please just check your library and ensure it's a) fully stocked and b) fully functional?

 

As a paying customer it's the least we can expect...especially when several other members have flagged these issues. You shouldn't take the money if you can't provide the service.

Hello! Apologies for the delay in getting this sorted, all episodes were present on all of our devices, so we were trying to fix a problem we couldn't see, which complicated things.

We believe it has now been fixed so the missing episodes should start appearing in the next few hours. 

If not, please let me know. Apologies again.

Still not sorted.

 

Season 2 on Playstation has only 7 episodes. can you please sort this out as it's ridiculous.

The episodes should now be showing on PS3, we couldnt identify an issue with PS4 but if anyone is having an issue, please let me know!
