Sky Arts

The only reason I bought NOW TV was for Sky Arts. It says on the box it is in the package. However, it is nowhere to be seen on the channels.

 

I only have 11 channels instead of the 13 advertised on the box. Not happy at all.

Welcome to the forum.

 

What device are you trying to watch on as Sky Arts is appearing fine for me.

 

For instance, if you have a Now TV box, open the green and blue NOW TV app on the homescreen, then on the menu bar on the left click Entertainment and then either Watch Live at the top if you want to watch the channel live (Sky Arts is sixth on the list) or for on-demand programmes scroll right down to Channels at the bottom.
